Scope of use
It can directly remove the fine particle impurities with a diameter of more than 0.25 mm, and is suitable for the sewage treatment of papermaking, leather, slaughtering, brewing, food, chemical fiber, textile and other industries.
Working criteria
The AC speed motor drives the grid barrel through the reducer, the sewage flows to the water tank through the inlet valve, and rises to the water level line of the filter through the evenly distributed buffer box plate. The water enters the cylinder through the gap of the grid, discharges from the bottom of the grid cylinder, and cleans the grid. Impurities and fibrous organic matter larger than the grid gap are blocked by the grid and brought to the other side of the cylinder by the rotating grid cylinder. The water content of the treated waste is 30% - 50% lower than that of the original equipment, and the filtered sewage flows into the water outlet tank and is discharged through the drain outlet.
Features
1. It is made of high-strength corrosion-resistant stainless steel, with small floor area and convenient construction. It can be fixed directly with expansion bolts, and the device can be free of grooves. Water in and out can be connected by pipes.
2. The screen is of inverted trapezoid section, and the screen will not be blocked by the filter residue.
3. It is controlled by speed regulating motor, which can keep it in excellent working state according to water flow.
4. A special washing device can brush away a very small amount of impurities stuck on the surface of the grid. After two times of internal washing, the cylinder can achieve excellent cleaning effect. At the same time, a washing device is set to wash the dirt stuck on the mesh.
